Absolutely delightful experience. Room was spacious, clean, and the mountain view was stunning beyond belief. Staff was very polite, helpful and speaks English. SPA was beautiful and relaxing, located on 2 floors (!), with bar and terrace and outdoor thermal pools and saunas and indoor pool and complimentary hot and cold drinks and herbal scrub in the showers and... and and and.... Again stunning views - we could sit on the terrace for hours. But the best about this hotel was restaurant. We had half-board - both breakfast and dinner was just LOADED. I don't remember this level of variety and freshness of food selection in any other hotel. Waiters were super nice, attentive and trying to make us feel as comfortable as possible, while not being obtrusive. Especially Natalia and Nikola went far and beyond to help us with our every request. What a lovely stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Majoituimme Salzburg-minimökissä. Mökki oli kodikas, erittäin puhdas, keskellä luontoa ja mahtavia näkymiä. Henkilökunta oli erittäin reilu ja mukava. Stubaille 40 minuutin ajomatka. Linja-autopysäkki alueella, jolla pääsee Innsbruckiin. Alueella kauppa ja lapsille tekemistä. Wifitukiasena mökkialueella, joka toimi erittäin hyvin.

The atmosphere in the hotel is very unique and the staff are very well trained..location is panoramic Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Amazing service! Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfasts, fantastic dinner buffet one night. the room was bigger than expected, with a huge bathtub and blue lights. Really cool. the pool and fitness areas were also fantastic. They had great live music at night.

Amazing place, alot of space in apartment, spa is amazing, really nice people, spa ussualy works till 8 but Hotel keep it on even till 9:30 specially for me and friend, also one of saunas have huge windows to outside, when it snows looks like magic:))

The facility overall is fantastic, with restaurants, a water park area and multiple activities from Rafting to Mountainbiking, personnel is very friendly and competent! Waterpark access is included for your whole stay, including the day you reach and the day you leave!

Very beautiful hotel with a stylish interior. we had a one bedroom apartment, and it had everything you need to live. beautiful and useful kitchen, pretty comfortable and big enough rooms. and of course the view was amazing. Breakfast was very good with a plenty of choices. Fish and cheese were amazing. at the evening we had an opportunity to visit a concert, that was really nice. we will certainly come again
